Calling Rotarians to assist in this community celebration of all things literacy.

Two Rotarians are needed to assist with bookmark craft and snacks from noon to 2pm. 


Here's what's happening at the FestivaL
Attendees will meet authors, write songs with musician Feimstro, shop for free books for your home library and make a cool stained glass-style bookmark.
Children’s author Rae Chesney will be here at noon to share her book, Zora’s Garden.
Jamila Minnicks, adult author of Moonrise Over New Jessup will discuss her book at 1 pm.
The Mott Room will be filled with new books and open at 2 pm.

We meet at the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan Hunger Solution Center on the 2nd and 4th Fridays each month. We also offer off-site social gatherings, as well as regular service opportunities throughout the community.
